In Case of an Accident Please Follow These Steps:

1. Call the police, even if it is only a minor accident to file a report.
2. Note the damages done to your vehicle.
3. Write down the names, addresses, and license numbers of the persons involved in the accident. Also get names and phone numbers of any witnesses.
4. Take note of the general description of the other vehicle. (i.e. make, model, and license plate number)
5. Call Ewald Collision Repair Center at 414-732-2645 to dispatch a tow truck to the accident scene.
6. If a tow truck has been dispatched, instruct the driver to have your vehicle towed to Ewald Collision Repair Center. We can also help you arrange alternate transportation from Ewald Fleet Solutions.
7. Contact your insurance company or agent to notify them of the accident.
8. See a doctor. Even though you might feel fine, its better to be safe than sorry.

Bring in the estimate and we will work off of it. We will also contact the insurance company if there is any additional damage caused from the accident found.

4. What is a claimant?
A claimant is the owner of the vehicle that was hit by another insured's vehicle. The party not at fault is considered the claimant.

5.What about color match, will my vehicle have a different shade of color where it is being repaired?

6. How long before I can wash and wax my vehicle?
You can wash your vehicle immediately. We like to tell customers to wait at least 30 days before waxing. This gives paint time to fully cure.
